Zumba and Dancercise Classes - Beginner to Advanced
Get fit whilst having fun through the enjoyment of dance. Dance offers major aerobic benefits such as increasing heart health and improving overall fitness. It also burns calories, which helps with weight loss and increases your metabolism. The aerobic element of dance also makes it a brilliant way to reduce cholesterol and lower blood pressure. Zumba has the added attraction of Latin inspired dance.
The classes are an hour long work out and are a more enjoyable weight-loss experience.
